Accuracy. We summarize and cite state statutes and review them periodically, but laws change and courts interpret them. Check the cited statute before relying on it.

License. Your purchase gives you a personal license to create documents for your own use. You may not resell the kit.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or kit is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

Payments. Payments are processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record, under its terms.
